Return Window

  • We follow a similar structure to the VRAI return policy; however, several points will be customized.( like which of their policies?)
    Customized items are non-refundable.
    Earrings are non-refundable.
  • Items up to CA$5,000 can be returned within 30 days for either:
    Full store credit, or a refund to the original payment method, minus a recycling fee.
    Additional details will be finalized later. (not decided yet)

Return Conditions

All products include a label stating “non-refundable if seal is broken.”
Customers are allowed to try or wear the item, but if the inside seal/label is broken, the item is not eligible for return.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Customized items
    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
    • Sale items

    Return Shipping Cost

    We offer free return shipping within Canada.

    Customer is responsible for the returning cost. (which of them?)

    Refund Processing Time

    The exact refund processing timeline is not yet finalized.
    Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. (not decided yet)

    Damaged or Defective Items

    The reporting deadline for damaged or defective items is expected to be 7 business days.
    Photos or videos will be required as evidence when submitting a claim.

    Customer Support Email

    We will assign and activate a dedicated customer support email for return-related inquiries. (not ready yet)

    Repairs

    We do NOT offer resizing or repairs.
