Eligibility & Account
- You must be the age of majority in your province/territory to place an order.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activities under your account.
- Provide accurate, complete information and update it when necessary.
Product Information
- We strive to display products, materials, and colours accurately; variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerance.
- All pieces are described in the product details; if you have questions, contact us before purchasing.
Pricing, Taxes & Availability
- Prices are shown in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
- Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
- We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or correct errors at any time (including after you place an order). If an error affects your order, we will contact you and may cancel/refund any unprocessed portion.
Orders & Acceptance
- Your order is an offer to buy; we accept only when we confirm dispatch by email.
- We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing/information.
Shipping & Delivery (Toronto-only)
- We currently deliver only within Toronto, Canada. Orders to addresses outside Toronto will be canceled and refunded.
- Carriers: Canada Post and/or local Toronto couriers; tracking is provided when available.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch .
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure the address is accurate; we cannot modify it after shipment.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.
- Final sale: earrings, custom/engraved items, and marked clearance.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site (text, logos, photos, graphics, design) is owned by or licensed to WinQ and protected by law.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content without prior written permission.
Repairs & Resizing
- We offer repairs and resizing for eligible WinQ pieces; fees may apply.
- Manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty; accidental damage is not.
- To request service, email winq.ca with your order number and clear photos.
Third-Party Services & Links
We may use third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics) and link to external sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Review their terms and privacy policies.
